Please enter a phone number in case the shipper needs to contact you regarding delivery. If a delivery attempt is made the order will not qualify for the "Lost Shipments" policy listed below.
In terms of Customs Duty and/or VAT/GST/Tax, please check the de minimis value for imports into your country. We ship Incoterms DTU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid) which means you may be liable for Customs Duty and/or VAT/GST/Tax if the claimed value is above your country's de minimis value.
Tip: Often the international shipping charge is the same up to 2 pounds so if you know someone else who may want an Octocurl®, you can split the shipping.
We appreciate your interest and ship to international customers as a courtesy. Please ensure you understand your country's handling of purchases coming in from the U.S.
LOST SHIPMENTS: If you choose USPS International Package First Class, please be aware that although this is the most economical option, there is limited tracking and no guarantees with this shipping service. Because of this, we purchase shipping insurance to cover both of us. If you do not receive the shipment after 40 days have passed, please contact us and we will send you an online insurance claim form. Our insurance company requires us to wait 40 days to file a claim. Once the insurance company accepts the online form, we will refund you in full including the shipping cost.
Please make sure your address is correct on your order. Unfortunately, we cannot resend the package if it is returned to us for an address error. As an alternative, once the package is returned to us we will refund the product price less the original shipping cost if you prefer.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: We’re so sorry — due to Brexit rules, we can’t currently ship orders under £135 to the UK because they now require VAT registration, collection, & filing with HMRC. As a small business, we’re not yet able to take on this administrative process — but we truly value our UK customers and hope to find an alternative solution to serve you again!
