Shipping policy
🇺🇸 We offer the following U.S. shipping options:
- Economy 5-8 business days - FREE
- Standard 3-4 business days - $9
- Express 1-2 business days - $15
We process all in-stock Economy free shipping orders within 1-2 business days and make every attempt to deliver your package within 5 business days AFTER it ships from our warehouse in northeast North Carolina. We use mostly USPS shipping options.
For Standard and Express shipping, we will ship the same day if the order is placed before 2pm EST on a business day. Otherwise, it will go out the following business day.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's movement.
🇨🇦 CANADA
Enter your address at checkout and your options will be displayed. We do not upcharge for international shipping so the rates shown are the rates we pay.
Tip: The shipping charge is the same up to 2 pounds so if you know someone else who may want an Octocurl®, you can split the shipping.
In terms of Customs Duty and/or VAT/GST/Tax, please check the de minimis value for imports into your country. We ship Incoterms DTU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid) which means you may be liable for Customs Duty and/or VAT/GST/Tax if the claimed value is above your country's de minimis value.

As much as we’d love to see Octocurl on hair everywhere, we’re currently not set up to manage international shipping.

SHIPPING ISSUES
Please make sure your address is correct on your order. Unfortunately, we cannot provide free shipping if the package is returned to us for an address error and we need to reship. If there was an error with delivery on behalf of the postal carrier we are happy to cover the cost and ship back to the same address. As an alternative, once the package is returned to us we will refund the product price less the original shipping cost if you prefer.
In the case that your tracking shows delivered status, but your order is not received contact us within 7 business days of tracking delivery date and we will call USPS or UPS on your behalf to verify geolocation from the carrier's scanning device. This process can take up to 5 business days. If the geolocation verifies delivery to your address (including parcel lockers), it is your responsibility to locate the package or reach out to your carrier.
If the GPS tracking does not validate delivery, we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. You will need to fill out an affidavit and the insurance company will handle the claim. We use Shipsurance Insurance Services, an Assurant Company, as our shipping insurance provider.
