Refund policy

We accept returns and provide free U.S. return labels for full-priced items within 30 days of purchase.  Discounted or sale items are not eligible for a free return label, however, we will accept an eligible return but will deduct $5 for the return shipping label.

We can only accept returns if the merchandise was directly purchased from octocurl.com.  Products must have tags still attached along with original packaging otherwise a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund.  This is the same policy we adhere to on Amazon.

Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.  The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

How long will my return take to process?

Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 10 business days of receiving your return.  

How can I get my return label?

After emailing hello@octocurl.com with your Order # and items for return, we will reply back with a return label.  Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the label otherwise they will not be refunded.  We do not supply return labels for international orders.  

How do I check my return status?

After you have returned your order, you can check its status online at any time.  Once logged in, you can check the return status at My Account.  Click on My Returns in the left panel.  You will see a list of started and completed returns. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:  Unfortunately, we do not supply return labels or accept returns for international orders.
